Monday 10th is the last day for online orders to be dispatched/ready before we close for Christmas on Friday 21st December. Orders placed after today will not be sent out before we close. Any orders placed between 21/12/18 and 03/01/19 will not be processed until we return on 03/01/19. Thank You
We Dispatch daily Monday to Thursday.
Plain Garment Orders usually take between 1/3 Days to Dispatch.
Single Item Embroidered Orders are currently taking around 10 working days to Dispatch. Larger orders are taking around two weeks to Dispatch.
Please note these are working weeks, as we close over the weekends.
Royal Mail 24 usually takes 1-3 days FROM dispatch. Once the parcels have left us they are in the hands of Royal Mail and are not tracked.
You will receive an email from ourselves when your order has been dispatched.
If you are local to us you can now collect from store. We have introduced the option to collect your order from in store Free of Charge, simply select Collect from store via the drop down box. These orders will still take 1 week for completion.
PAYPAL Customers please double check the address registered to your Paypal account. If you choose to pay by Paypal the online system links with your Paypal account and will use the address registered as your delivery address, unless you enter it manually. We can not be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Unfortunately garments that are individually personalised are not eligible for exchange or refund if the item does not fit.
We advise trying on a colleagues garment first before you order your own or check your measurements. The listed measurements are based on a to fit size, so there is always room of about an inch either side to allow for comfort.
The Hooded Sweatshirts and Fleece jackets that we use are a good size, so please keep this in mind.
Should you need to return or exchange a garment that is not personalised, you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it to us.
If a garment is faulty we will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an email with photographic evidence.

Should an replacement for a faulty garment be offered, it will be be replaced like for like due to the items being personalised and therefore not abel to be re-sold/used again.
